At no point did we feel unnecessarily rushed or pressured, instead, Calvin was a consistent and generous presence in our lives. We came to Calvin with a very difficult task of helping us find a new home in Millbrae-Burlingame area and sell our then current home in Daly City which he helped us purchase as well. Ultimately, with Calvin's analysis and negotiation of the offers, we accepted the strongest one that became the highest-priced single family house sold in Daly City and with a buyer who closed the deal within 2 weeks!
